Adult Therapy

When working with adults in one-on-one sessions, I use a range of therapies based on your needs and preferences. For trauma and attachment trauma, I use Comprehensive Resource Modeling (CRM), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nondual meditation and mindfulness techniques, and Coherence Therapy. For people with an ADHD brain structure and sensory processing sensitivity (HSP), I use a combination of CRM and IFS, mindfulness, and some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to build skills to support development of healthy Executive Functioning and tools to support and protect the nervous system. I provide sessions remotely.  Other areas I address are: anxiety, depression, work stress (especially in the tech world), life transitions, grief, anger, spiritual/existential crises, and relationship issues.

Meditation Classes and Group Therapy

It is very important to me that people develop the tools they need to continue their progress between sessions, and after our sessions end. To this end, I have created meditation classes that incorporate group therapy elements so that clients can learn from each other, and feel supported in their internal work. Classes occur every other week in 10 week cycles with the same people meeting each week so a strong bond and relationship is formed. For dates and more information, you can contact me through this website.
